First, I thank you for your time and interest taken to read about me. I could fill the page with my accomplishments and memories of growing up in Real Estate, Timeshare, Property Management, Vacation Rentals and working for the Board of Realtors in Myrtle Beach, SC, before settling in Raleigh to Manage a Marriott Hotel. Even excelling in Commercial Lease ups and Business Development throughout Maryland and New York during 1996-1999 couldn't replace the love I have developed for the Triangle Area.

The truth is, whether you are buying or selling, you want an an Agent who is going to put your needs first. One who is available when YOU are available, a good listener and responds quickly to your needs. One who understands the emotions behind negotiation strategies and tactics and will implement them on your behalf.
