Meet the Giuggio Real Estate Team, Samantha and Nick. Together they have many professional and real life experiences to help you make good real estate choices! Samantha & Nick have been married for many years and have 4 children. All 4 children attend Grace Christian School, in Raleigh, where they as parents volunteer their time as often as possible. Being involved in their children’s education, giving back to the school and setting good examples are very important to Samantha & Nick personally and professionally.
They are Massachusetts natives and have spent much of their time in the triangle researching, learning and enjoying this diverse and exciting area. Being from New England they appreciate the mild climate of NC but are glad to still enjoy all four seasons living in beautiful NC.
They have similar but very diverse professional resumes with experience in Sales, Marketing, Fitness, Food and Beverage Management, Business Ownership and Business Management. Together they also own and manage a 24 hr Fitness center in Pittsboro, NC called Snap Fitness. They work well together and their strengths and skills complement each other.
