WHY I LOVE WORKING WITH "TRANSPLANTS"
I became Realtor in 1977 while living in California. Five years ago, longing for my southern roots, and the slower pace, I came home to my native soil .... My beautiful North Carolina.
Relocating has been a part of my life since childhood. As a military "brat" and then military wife, I've lived all over the U.S., Europe and Japan. As a result of my own relocating experiences as a child, and as an adult, I understand what's really important in a move. Not only is the physical process of moving a strain, but relocating to a new and unfamiliar environment can be a very stressful and emotional time. I know and understand those emotions first hand, because I've lived them all, as a child, as a mother, as a wife. Whether you're moving across the street, across town, or across the country, let me use my experience and skills to help make your move a pleasant one.
ABOUT THE "PERSONAL" ME
I'm a survivor! I have six great "kids" (all grown now). Raising that many children helped me develop my ability to laugh at the absurd. I also learned that I could sing, dance, and negotiate a contract all at the same time!
I'm passionate about my family, and my furbabies, and I LOVE where I live! I'm an avid animal lover. I also love living history(reenacting), travel, boating, good music, and Ireland! Can't wait 'till my next trip!
My degree is in Communications with a minor in psychology. I am fluent in American Sign Language.
